How much training is needed to operate a Riva machine?

Barely any! Most staff can get the hang of it in just a few minutes. The machines are intuitive and designed to be user-friendly, so you can focus on serving customers, not troubleshooting. We've also made it easy by providing a library of user guides and manuals.

Can Riva machines handle high-volume usage?

Absolutely. In fact, that's where we thrive. Our systems are built for heavy usage and consistent performance, whether you’re running a busy café, a pub, buffet, or even a mining site. They’re reliable and designed to keep up with demand.

What kind of frozen desserts can I serve with a Riva machine?

Currently, our offering expands to Ice Cream and Acai, however we've previously done frozen yoghurt, and other specialty frozen products.

How does Riva help reduce waste and portion costs?

The Riva machine is designed for precision. The way our system is designed allows for the product to be 'squeezed' in a manner that little to no product remains at the bottom of the 15L container once its finished. Unlike soft-serve machines where a chamber is full and cannot be used, or containers of scoop product with left-over in the bottom.

Are Riva machines easy to clean and maintain?

Very Easy! One of the best features. Cleaning is only 4 parts, once per week, and takes about 3 minutes. It's quick and straightforward, and the machines require minimal maintenance. Plus, they’re designed to meet the highest hygiene standards, so you’re always HACCP compliant.

Can Riva machines be installed in any venue?

Yep! Our systems are compact and versatile, making them a great fit for a wide range of venues—from small cafés to large-scale operations.

How does Riva support my business after I install a machine?

We'll be there with you every step of the way. Pre-install we will liaise with you about dates, times and getting prepared and setup. Post-install our local customer care representative will call in and say hello every 4 weeks to check over your system and resolve any issues you may be experiencing. Plus, we have a 24/7 service and support line to assist you always.
